STARTERS

Gagootz (An Italian-american Name For Zucchini)

Battered in italian breadcrumbs lightly fried and served with a side of marinara for dipping.

Caprese (M.T.B.)

The classic Italian salad named after the Island of Capri. Perfectly ripe garden tomatoes with fresh mozzarella slices, fresh basil, balsamic reduction and imported olive oil. Add chicken for a small additional cost.

Bruschetta

Brick oven toasted crostinis with diced fresh tomato, onions, basil and fresh mozzarella drizzled with a balsamic reduction.

Coconut Shrimp

Crispy coconut shrimp with a side of Thai chili dipping sauce.

Diana's Famous Hummus

We start with black beans, chickpeas, lots of fresh garlic, olive oil, lemon and some top-secret ingredients. Topped with fresh bruschetta mix and served with pita chips. Add carrots and celery for a small additional cost.

Authentic Bavarian Pretzel Rods

We deliver all eight inches of soft, warm, mouth­watering brick oven baked pretzels with cheese crafted with our South Street amber lager.

Overloaded Fries

It's a Fry-day everyday at South Street! Every year Diana blind taste tests dozens of the best trench fries money can buy and always chooses Stealth fries. We layer them with oven melted mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and brick oven baked crispy bacon. Served with a side of buttermilk ranch.

Sampler Platter

A classic combination of your fried favorites! Lightly seasoned fried pickles, zucchini, chicken tenders and fried mozzarella.

Chopped Honey Pecan Chicken

Chopped seasoned chicken breast, honey roasted pecans, bleu cheese crumbles, tomatoes & dried cranberries on top of fresh mixed greens. Tossed in our honey lime vinaigrette.

Buffalo Chicken

Bass Ackwards

Our thanks to Nonna Felicia for this inspiration. Garlic & oil rubbed on our fresh dough topped with grated mozzarella, baked, removed, topped with our homemade pizza sauce & Romano. Then briefly put back in the oven to create a unique fresh twist.
